Rich Dabolt I am the Environmental, Safety, Health and Quality Assurance Manager for Seimpelkamp. I have been in the nuclear industry for more than 40 years in operations, engineering and regulatory affairs. Specifically I spent 20 years in fuel reprocessing and 20 years in radioactive, hazardous and mixed waste management. This has included design, fabrication and operation of equipment and processes for working with irradiated hardware and high activity liquid wastes. I was the General Manager for a flammable mixed waste processing facility for 6 of these years.

NuVision Engineering, Inc. NVE has been supporting the EM program since 1995 and has been successful in identifying, evaluating, demonstrating and implementing innovative technologies and approaches, particularly from the UK, at a number of sites across the DOE complex including Savannah River Site, Oak Ridge, Hanford, Idaho, Los Alamos, Fernald, West Valley and Mound.
